SynapsesAI builds private AI systems for South African businesses. This policy explains how we handle personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What we collect

When you book an audit or contact us, we collect the details you provide: your name, business name, email address, and phone number. If you become a client, we process the business documents and communications you choose to share with us in order to build and operate your system.

How we use it

We use your contact details to respond to your enquiry and deliver our services. Client business data is used solely to operate that client's own AI system. We do not sell personal information, share it with third parties for marketing, or use client data to train AI models.

Where it lives

Client knowledge bases are stored in access-controlled databases, isolated per client. On request, systems can be deployed on infrastructure that keeps data within South Africa.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. Email us and we will action your request promptly.
